361 Degree Minds’ journey began in 2006. Our founders Gopi, Ram and Ritu are all alumni of BITS-Pilani, an institution synonymous with excellence in learning and education. Armed with the decade’s experience of working with the best of global organizations in coaching, training, mentoring, and behavioural management programs, they launched 361 DM.
Our core competence
We understand the science of learning – how learning happens. How a learner interacts with the content, the curriculum, instructor, peers, and of course technology. Our understanding achieves better results. For us and for our learners.
We believe learning is not an event but it is a process – of building awareness, acquiring knowledge, and understanding, applying, refining by trials, and making creative extensions. Our pedagogy and learning design covers this entire spectrum, informed by scientific principles.
We also understand this: every adult learner has an intensely personal aspiration. That’s one’s motivation to learn! And to bloom and grow in career and personal life.
So, we constantly ask ourselves – How do we enable every learner reach that personal goal and aspiration in the quickest and fastest pathway!
